Carl McGill brings an extensive background in the small business sector, marked by his success in establishing his own enterprise and founding multiple corporations. His career is distinguished not only by his entrepreneurial achievements but also by his dedication to mentoring and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs toward success.

From 1988 to 2018, Mr. McGill served as the president and CEO of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles County. In this capacity, he was instrumental in promoting the interests of the business community, fostering economic growth, and advocating for equitable opportunities for minority-owned businesses. His leadership in small business development extended to his longstanding service on the California State Employment Development Department's Small Business Advisory Committee, where he provided strategic guidance and expert insight.

As the principal consultant at McGill & Associates, Mr. McGill leverages his decades of experience to provide professional consulting services. Drawing on his deep knowledge of chamber of commerce leadership, economic advocacy, and small business development, he empowers organizations and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and navigate complex business landscapes.
