Carl McGill possesses a wealth of experience in the small business sector, having successfully established his own enterprise and founded multiple corporations. He has also dedicated significant time to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. McGill served as the President and CEO of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles County from 1988 to 2018, where he played a crucial role in advancing the interests of the business community. His commitment to small business development was further evidenced by his long-term involvement with the California State Employment Development Department's Small Business Advisory Committee, where he contributed his expertise for many years.
